Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Sequence, we reserve dedicated time for each client. To ensure appointments remain available to others, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Consultations

  • 48 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to attend: The full consultation fee applies.

These terms apply to all paid consultations, including initial appointments, follow-up sessions, and results reviews.

Complimentary Discovery Calls

Our complimentary 10-minute discovery calls are not subject to cancellation fees. However, we appreciate advance notice if you are unable to attend.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through your scheduling confirmation or client portal. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@sequence.clinic

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to end at its originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients. The full consultation fee will still apply.

Agreement to Policy

By scheduling a paid consultation with Sequence, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Refund Policy

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before Sequence submits the order to the laboratory for processing.

  • Once an order has been submitted to the laboratory, the purchase is final and nonrefundable, regardless of whether the testing kit has shipped or been received.

  • This policy applies to all testing products offered by Sequence, including Nutrition Genome, TruDiagnostic, and IntellxxDNA. When multiple tests are purchased together, the policy applies to each test individually.

  • If a kit is lost or damaged during shipping, or if a testing issue occurs that is outside the client's control, Sequence will assist in arranging a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

  • Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with test results or findings.

  • Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
