Why Sequence?
biology follows an order, and sequence determines function. From the sequence of your DNA to the complex processes that regulate how your body functions and adapts, order matters.
That principle inspired Sequence: a practice built around understanding the individual rather than applying the same approach to everyone.
By combining biological insights with clinical context, we aim to identify what deserves attention, what may be unnecessary, and where to focus first.
Because personalized health isn't simply about choosing an intervention. It's about knowing whether—and when—it makes sense for you.
Meet Dr. Jola Dabrowska
founderA graduate of the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training in functional neurology and functional medicine, Dr. Jola Dabrowska brings a multidisciplinary perspective to personalized health.
She previously founded a center for neurodivergent children, integrating sensorimotor-based care and nutrition to support brain function, development, and overall well-being.
That experience reinforced a principle that continues to guide her work: no two people are the same, and generic protocols can only take you so far.
Today, her approach combines genomic, epigenetic, and functional laboratory testing with individualized guidance and targeted training—helping clients better understand their biology and make informed decisions about their health and performance.
Outside of her practice, Jola is an avid hiker who regularly walks the Camino de Santiago.
